The office of the secretary general of the Ministry of State is responsible for preparing, organising and following Government Councils. It delivers Monegasque passports and legalises signatures.

The office of the secretary general of the Ministry of State coordinates the activities of the departments under the direct authority of the Ministry of State.

It also conducts relations with the National Council, the Social and Economic Council and the Commission for the Control of Personal Data.
