Earth Hour 2017 - An Hour for the Planet
To mark His commitment to helping the planet, H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince has decided once again to support the Earth Hour campaign.
The 2017 Earth Hour will take place on Saturday 25 March 2017 - the Prince's Palace and all public buildings in the Principality will be plunged into darkness between 8.30 p.m. and 9.30 p.m.
This initiative by the World Wild Fund for Nature (WWF) has been increasingly successful since 2008. The theme of the 10th Earth Hour will be climate change.
H.S.H. Prince Albert II is inviting all Monegasques, residents, professionals and friends of the Principality to join Him in this initiative by switching off lights and unplugging non-essential electrical appliances for one hour.
