Monaco Job Forum : A Fourth Edition Focused on Digital Skills and the Jobs of Tomorrow
On Friday, 6 February, the Grimaldi Forum hosted the fourth edition of the Monaco Job Forum.
H.E. Christophe Mirmand, Minister of State, and Mr Christophe Robino, Minister of Health and Social Affairs, were in attendance, alongside numerous representatives from Monegasque institutions and the private sector.
A flagship employment event in the Principality, the Forum enabled a large number of job seekers to meet employers, as well as trade unions and associations representing Monaco’s main sectors of activity.
“I am pleased to take part in this fourth edition of the Monaco Job Forum, which has become a key event and a clear reflection of the vitality of the Principality’s economic and social fabric. With more than 6,300 active employers, Monaco benefits from a comprehensive and dynamic employment ecosystem. The presence of over 100 exhibitors demonstrates their commitment to playing a full role in the life of the Principality, while contributing to youth training, the diversity of career paths, and preparation for the technological challenges of tomorrow,” Christophe Mirmand emphasised in his opening address.
This year’s edition brought together more than one hundred exhibitors representing 14 public and private sectors, including a dedicated area focused on digital professions. The 2026 Forum attracted 5,800 candidates and a total of 6,300 participants at the Grimaldi Forum, underlining the Principality’s strong appeal to job seekers.
Since its launch in 2023, the Monaco Job Forum has aimed to meet the recruitment needs of Monegasque companies by bringing them together in a single venue for a one-day event. It also offers candidates a wide range of opportunities, provides guidance, and helps them better understand the specific features of Monaco’s employment market.
“The primary objective of the Monaco Job Forum is to create a dynamic link between employers in the Principality, potential job candidates, government departments and the Monaco Social Security Funds. Moreover, it is clear that companies’ needs cannot be met solely by residents of the Principality, or even by those living in neighbouring municipalities. This is why the Forum seeks to raise awareness of Monaco’s employment landscape and to highlight its dynamism and resilience. […] As early as yesterday, more than 4,500 people had already pre-registered on the Forum’s website, reflecting the growing interest in working in the Principality,” Christophe Robino welcomed during his address.
