During this period, swimming and scuba diving will be temporarily prohibited within the two coves. This measure will not apply to State divers, vessels involved in the works, or maritime sports activities organised by associations or schools. The works will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., in order to minimise disruption to nearby restaurants. The beach will nevertheless remain accessible in sections depending on the progress of the works.

To protect the marine environment and the Larvotto Marine Reserve, two turbidity curtains will be installed throughout the duration of the works.

It should also be noted that a swimming ban is currently in force in the western section of the beach, due to the ongoing works involving the removal of geotubes and the construction of eco-designed rock islets, which are scheduled for completion at the end of April.
