PRESS RELEASE

The Department of Cultural Affairs invites audiences to join this year's edition of the Fort Antoine Theatre Festival, from 30 June to 28 July 2026, for a programme celebrating creativity, emotion and artistic discovery.

DINT - 2026 - Festival du Fort Antoine 2026

Free of charge and open to all, eight evenings of theatre, music and emerging talent will enliven the Monegasque summer in the unique setting of Fort Antoine.

The season officially opens on Tuesday 30 June at 9:30 p.m. with Dissonances Jeanne d'Arc (Joan of Arc: Dissonances), a popular, burlesque radio play created by Compagnie du Dire Dire. Recreating a radio debate devoted to the controversial figure of Joan of Arc, this original production blurs the boundaries between fiction and reality, humour and critical reflection. Combining actors and genuine subject-matter experts, the production offers a theatrical experience that is as entertaining as it is thought-provoking.

Upcoming performances:

  • 2 July | Live concert | Thibault Cauvin, the internationally acclaimed virtuoso guitarist, presents Alter Ego
  • 7 July | Live concert | Dominique Fils-Aimé, one of the leading voices of contemporary vocal jazz, presents The Sunshine Tour
  • 10 July | Open Stage – Les Talents du Fort (Fort Talents), showcasing the Principality's emerging artistic scene in its fourth edition
  • 14 July | Poetry and music | Variations d'amour (Variations on Love) by Marcel Pagnol, presented by Nicolas Pagnol, pays tribute to his grandfather's work through the voice of Vincent Fernandel and the music of Franck Ciup
  • 21 July | Live concert | Stephan Eicher & Osomo present their electro-pop project Duo Dolce
  • 23 July | Theatre | 8 soirs par semaine (Eight Evenings a Week), with Camille Chamoux, Vincent Dedienne and Léopoldine HH, who bring their musical correspondence to life in an intimate performance
  • 28 July | A cappella concert | Quatuor A Bocca Chiusa closes the festival with a unique concert combining virtuosity and humour

Faithful to its ambition of offering demanding yet accessible artistic events to the widest possible audience, the Fort Antoine Theatre Festival once again confirms its place as one of the Principality's must-attend cultural events of the summer.
