A New Online Service on MonGuichet.mc to Streamline Procedures Related to Company Registered Offices and Establishments
As part of the ongoing digital transformation of public services, the Digital Transition Office (DITN) and the Ministry of Finance and Economy announce the launch of a new online service available on MonGuichet.mc, the single portal for administrative procedures.
Developed jointly by the Business Development Agency (DDE) and the Digital Services Department (DSN), this service enables company directors and representatives of entities registered in the Principality to complete online procedures for transferring a registered office or opening a secondary establishment or additional premises, directly via MonGuichet.mc.
Previously carried out through the submission of paper files, these procedures can now be completed entirely online, with the digital submission of all required information and supporting documents for the processing of applications.
This new service offers users a simplified and unified process, allowing them to centralise their procedures and save time through a single online entry point.
From an administrative perspective, the Business Development Agency will benefit from an optimised intake of applications, including all required documentation, as well as from the automated generation of ready-to-use correspondence, thereby improving the overall efficiency of file processing.
This online service reflects the Prince’s Government’s commitment to providing public services that are increasingly simple, efficient and accessible online.
