Légimonaco
The Légimonaco website is the public interface of government policy to disseminate Monegasque law.
On the site, you can find the eight Monegasque legal codes, as well as the major legislative texts and consolidated regulations.
It is also possible to consult the case law established by the Principality of Monaco’s courts and tribunals.
Finally, it is possible to follow current Monegasque legislation, acts which have been recently promulgated and bills currently being reviewed by the National Council.
For legal professionals, the State of Monaco, in collaboration with the company Lexis-Nexis, publishes the Monaco Collections Monegasque legislation and regulations, and the Monegasque Code.
