PRESS RELEASE

The Principality of Monaco welcomes the publication, on Friday 19 June 2026, of the enhanced follow-up report issued by the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), following the presentation of Monaco’s report by the Monegasque delegation during the 6th meeting of the OECD Peer Review and Monitoring Group held in Paris in March 2026.

Monaco has retained its “Compliant” rating, the highest rating on the assessment scale, thereby confirming the Principality’s rigorous and continuous implementation of international standards.

This conclusion is a direct continuation of the “Compliant” rating obtained in 2018 and demonstrates, over time, the robustness of the legal and operational framework implemented by Monaco.

This highly satisfactory outcome also recognises the sustained efforts undertaken by all the institutions and stakeholders concerned in support of an effective, robust framework that is fully aligned with the expectations of the international community.

In an ever-evolving regulatory environment, Monaco continues to demonstrate its ability to meet international requirements throughout successive assessment cycles and to maintain its commitment at the highest level of international standards.
