Employment Tribunal Marks Its 80th Anniversary
On Wednesday 24 June, the Employment Tribunal celebrated its 80th anniversary during an official ceremony held in the presence of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince.
Established by Law No. 446 of 16 May 1946, the Employment Tribunal is a cornerstone of the Principality's socio-economic model. For eight decades, it has helped preserve industrial peace by promoting dialogue, fairness and respect for the rights of all parties in employment relationships.

Committed to preserving social balance, the Prince's Government reaffirms its support for the Employment Tribunal's fundamental mission of examining every situation in which the employment relationship has broken down.
Gathered to mark this anniversary, the members of the Tribunal, including its 48 volunteer lay judges, together with numerous officials, paid tribute to the essential role played by the Employment Tribunal in preserving industrial peace and fostering dialogue among the stakeholders of the world of work.
