Extended Monaco Entreprises Joins MonEntreprise.mc: A Single Access Point for Businesses in the Principality
Initially launched as a standalone programme, Extended Monaco Entreprises (EME) — the Government initiative dedicated to fast-tracking business digital transformation — is now integrated into MonEntreprise.mc, the Prince’s Government’s central platform for information, support and all administrative procedures related to the business life cycle in Monaco.
With this integration, digital transition support services expand the services already available on MonEntreprise.mc. Businesses now benefit from a single platform providing all the information, administrative procedures and tools required for their development — from business creation through to digital transformation.
This development is part of the Prince’s Government’s strategy to provide a single access point, clearer, more accessible and more efficient, to support professionals in the Principality over the long term.
Two Complementary Platforms, One Converging Approach
Designed to support the digital transformation of Monegasque businesses, the EME platform offered a structured four-step approach: a digital maturity assessment to evaluate a company’s level of digitalisation, expert support to define and implement a digital transformation plan, a capacity-building programme focused on digital tools and challenges, access to funding and financial support, notably through the Fonds Bleu, to support strategic and sustainable implementation.
MonEntreprise.mc, for its part, serves as the central institutional gateway for all administrative procedures, regulatory information and services available to businesses and professionals in the Principality.
The integration of EME therefore complements this range of services by adding concrete digital acceleration support tools, offering businesses a more coherent, streamlined and structured user journey.
A Simpler and More Accessible User Experience
A more intuitive interface, combined with improved coordination of content and functionalities, enables professionals to find relevant information, services and tools more quickly.
Designed with a stronger focus on content and user support, the platform simplifies navigation and improves access to business development support schemes through digital solutions.
Accessibility has also been enhanced through simplified account creation and login via MonGuichet.mc, the Government’s single portal for online procedures. While EME previously operated on the basis of a single account per company, MonEntreprise.mc now offers individual user access through personal accounts, providing greater flexibility, security and ease of use when accessing services and programmes under Extended Monaco Entreprises.
Available in both French and English, MonEntreprise.mc also meets the needs of international economic stakeholders present in the Principality and strengthens Monaco’s attractiveness for foreign companies looking to establish or expand their activities.
A Seamless Transition for Users
Active EME accounts from the past three years have been automatically transferred to MonEntreprise.mc. All services previously available on eme.gouv.mc — including the FlashUP Toolbox, digital maturity self-assessment tools, the professional directory, awareness programmes and access to funding (Fonds Bleu) — are now accessible directly via MonEntreprise.mc.
This integration fully aligns with the Prince’s Government’s national digital transition strategy: a single access point, simplified procedures and centralised access to all services.
