H.E. Ms Stéphanie Vikström presents credentials to President of the Republic of Finland
H.E. Ms Stéphanie Vikström presented her credentials to H.E. Mr Alexander Stubb, President of the Republic of Finland, during an official ceremony in Helsinki on 20 March 2026.
This was an historic event for the Principality, marking the first time that an Ambassador of the Prince has been accredited to a Northern European country.
H.E. Ms Vikström’s accreditation reflects the determination of the Prince’s Government to expand and strengthen Monaco’s international presence, developing its network of partners across the globe. Finland shares the Principality’s core values, including promoting peace, education, research and environmental sustainability.
During their meeting, H.E. Ms. Stéphanie Vikström and President Stubb discussed the prospects for cooperation between the two countries in areas where their interests align, as well as the importance of multilateralism.
