Public Works Contracts: Call for Applications to Renew the Register of Contractors

Companies wishing to be included in the register are invited to contact the Public Works Department in accordance with the procedures set out in the Journal de Monaco published on Friday 11 September and detailed in the press release below. 

The Prince’s Government is launching a call for applications to renew the register of contractors eligible to be invited to tender for public works contracts. The process is open both to companies already included in the register and to new applicants, whether based in Monaco or abroad.

Following the assessment of applications, successful companies will be assigned a category specifying the types of work for which they may be invited to tender and the applicable maximum contract values. The assessment will be based in particular on their financial, technical and human resources, as well as their experience and the quality of work delivered under previous contracts.

Interested companies must request an application pack from the Public Works Department, either by post or electronically, by 9 October 2026.

The duly completed application must then be submitted to the same Department no later than 23 November 2026:
