PRESS RELEASE

The X1 Bus line will exceptionally allow you to reach easily "Le Rocher" throughout the weekend.

Works carried out by SNCF Réseau will result in the suspension of rail services between Nice and Monaco on Saturday 13 June. Between Monaco and Ventimiglia, train services will operate on a reduced schedule*.

Visitors choosing to travel to Monaco by car this weekend are encouraged to use the Salines Car Park. To enable them to reach Monaco-Ville easily, particularly during the 7th Meeting of the Grimaldi Historic Sites of Monaco, a direct shuttle service between the Salines Car Park and Le Rocher, similar to the X1 line, will operate exceptionally:

  • Saturday 13 June, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Sunday 14 June, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

As throughout the year, users of the Salines Car Park will receive 10 complimentary travel tickets valid on the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco (CAM) network, including this special service.

By adapting the transport offering to these exceptional circumstances, the Prince’s Government continues to demonstrate its commitment to mobility and accessibility.

*Detailed information regarding train timetables and alternative transport arrangements is available on the SNCF Voyageurs website.
