Motor Racing Events in the Principality: choose the Salines Car Park!

On the occasion of the 15th Monaco Historic Grand Prix (24–26 April), the 10th and 11th Monaco E-Prix (16–17 May) and the 83rd Formula 1 Louis Vuitton Grand Prix de Monaco (4–7 June 2026), a number of traffic adjustments will be introduced for private vehicles, heavy goods vehicles and public transport. To make parking easier, facilitate your travel and access the circuit with ease to enjoy the races up close, consider using the Salines Public Car Park!

Easy Access and Intermodal Travel 

Strategically located at Monaco’s western entrance, the Salines Car Park offers 1,800 parking spaces, allowing drivers and motorcyclists to park as soon as they enter the Principality. Whether arriving via the lower or middle Corniche, the Salines Car Park enables users to avoid intercity traffic on arrival and departure, and to reach the circuit quickly and easily in two ways: 

A dedicated “circuit” shuttle service, specially introduced for the event by the Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco, will operate free of charge (both inbound and outbound) upon presentation of the parking ticket (to be kept) or the RésaWeb QR code* (see below). Passengers will be dropped off and picked up in the Fontvieille district, on Avenue Albert II, just a 5-minute walk from the circuit, with the assistance of mechanical links (lifts/escalators). This route is recommended for persons with reduced mobility, and will be clearly signposted.

A signposted pedestrian route, also equipped with lifts, will connect the car park to the circuit (via the Salines Gallery, Promenade Honoré II, Place du Canton and Place d’Armes), with a walking time of approximately 16 minutes. 

Highly Competitive Rates 
 
In addition to the free shuttle service, the Salines Car Park will offer a flat daily rate of €10 (for all entries between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) on each day when a motor racing event takes place. 

By comparison, city centre car parks will charge between €24 (on 24–26 April, 16–17 May and 4–5 June) and €30 (on 6–7 June).

Choosing the Salines Car Park therefore represents savings of between 58% and 67%, depending on the day.
