The Committee for Graduate Employment launches the “CID Alumni” community

The Committee for Graduate Employment (CID) officially launched the “CID Alumni” community on Tuesday 16 June, a new network designed to strengthen ties among graduates of the Principality and support their professional integration and career development.

Created in 2010 at the initiative of the Prince's Government, under the aegis of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, the CID supports students and young graduates in gaining access to the labour market. Since its creation, nearly 2,700 young people have benefited from its personalised support, with a professional integration rate approaching 78%.

This new “CID Alumni” community brings together former CID beneficiaries, young graduates entering the workforce and Monegasques returning to the Principality. It aims to encourage the sharing of experiences and opportunities through meetings, thematic exchanges and, ultimately, mentoring initiatives.

On this occasion, the Minister of State, Chairman of the CID, emphasised that: “With the creation of the ‘CID Alumni’ community, we are taking a further step forward by establishing an active and supportive network serving young people and reflecting the dynamism of our economic fabric.”

For his part, the Minister of Health and Social Affairs, Christophe Robino, stated that: “At a time when artificial intelligence and social media play a predominant role, it is essential to remember that opportunities still largely depend on human interaction and direct exchanges.”

Through this initiative, the Prince's Government reaffirms its commitment to supporting the professional integration of young people within the Principality's socio-economic fabric.
