Monaco not only supports the world of sport but is also committed to the values that underpin it.

In line with this, the Principality signed the Copenhagen Declaration in March 2003, recognising and applying the regulations that govern the fight against doping (in particular the World Anti-Doping Code) and ratifying the Council of Europe's Anti-Doping Convention in 2004, subsequently ratifying the UNESCO International Convention Against Doping in Sport in 2007.

A Monegasque Anti-Doping Committee has been established to implement the anti-doping policy, which includes conducting anti-doping tests on Monegasque territory.

Numerous measures are also being taken to inform and raise awareness among the youth and associations of the risks associated with doping.

In addition, Peace & Sport, which is under the High Patronage of H.S.H. the Sovereign Prince, is working to build a better world of peace through sport.
