7 days to go before the 4th Monaco Job Forum

The Monaco Job Forum, the Principality’s flagship event for recruitment and career opportunities organised by the Prince’s Government, will return to the Grimaldi Forum on Friday, 6 February 2026 for its 4th edition.

The Monegasque population benefits from a unique social model and healthcare system designed to meet everyone’s needs in a spirit of attentiveness, solidarity and dialogue. Ensuring the quality of this system, the teams of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs support nationals, long-standing residents (“enfants du pays”) of the country and residents alike, helping to ensure a dignified and fulfilling life for all.

The Principality of Monaco implements a comprehensive and ambitious social policy based on attentive support for its population at every stage of life. It guarantees each individual equitable, timely and personalised access to care designed not only to meet medical needs but also to enhance the quality of life of residents, cross-border workers and visitors.

Family and early childhood policy

Childhood and family are also key Government priorities. The aim is to provide the youngest generations with an environment conducive to their development, through high-quality childcare facilities, an efficient education system and targeted assistance for families. These family policies – encompassing parenting, work-life balance and youth support – play a vital role in strengthening the stability and attractiveness of Monaco’s social model.

Support for older adults and protected vulnerable adults

The policy for older adults forms part of the spirit of solidarity that runs through all Government initiatives. Through home support, the development of suitable facilities and social activities that strengthen community ties, led by the Department of Health Affairs (Speranza, CCGM), Monaco is committed to ensuring the well-being, autonomy and dignity of its senior citizens.

The most vulnerable residents receive personalised support organised by the Department of Social Welfare and Social Services. Solidarity allowances, access to social housing, medico-social follow-up and emergency measures all demonstrate Monaco’s commitment to ensuring that no one is left behind in times of difficulty.
