The line will be open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The centre can also be emailed at the following address: covid19@gouv.mc .

If you develop symptoms (a high fever and respiratory symptoms such as a cough or shortness of breath), please contact the emergency services directly on 18 or 112.

To avoid infecting others, please do not visit your normal doctor or the Accident and Emergency Unit.

Given the rapidly evolving nature of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Monegasque authorities have adopted a stance of constant vigilance and are maintaining regular contact with their French and Italian counterparts. The measures announced by the Prince’s Government are thus liable to change as the situation surrounding the disease develops.

The Government’s recommendations are intended to be pragmatic, and aim to cause as little disruption to family life as possible. The aim is to maintain the precautionary approach recommended by the Government in order to contain the risks of an epidemic in the Principality as far as possible.

The Prince’s Government calls on all citizens to act responsibly.
