CORONAVIRUS: One new positive case on Saturday

One positive case of COVID-19 was recorded on Saturday 30 May. The person, who is not a resident of the Principality, is being monitored at home.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases to 99.

The total number of people who have so far recovered stands at 90.

This evening, just one person remains hospitalised at Princess Grace Hospital, where he/she is in intensive care.

It should be noted that those tested and hospitalised are not all residents of the Principality.

In keeping with the principle that has been adopted by the Monegasque health authorities, only patients with severe COVID-19 symptoms are being hospitalised.

Those with minor symptoms are asked to self-isolate at home and are subject to medical monitoring.

As of today, one patient is being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre.
