The Junior Chamber International Monaco held its fourth breakfast conference this morning, on the theme “Business Development Agency, Business Development and Funding Division: Managing and coordinating all business financing tools?”

Following an introduction by Jean Castellini, Minister of Finance and Economy, François-Xavier Le Clerc, the Division Manager, gave a presentation on the role of his division within the Business Development Agency and then talked about the financing tools that are made available to companies, including the Monegasque Innovation Fund and the EUREKA Fund.

There is a high level of consistency across the funding options offered to companies by the Government, since they relate to the various functions of businesses. These options are also extremely complementary, because they extend from long-term financing down to cash flow, as well as support for investment,” stressed Mr Le Clerc in his presentation.

For the Junior Chamber International Monaco, these breakfasts are an opportunity to stay up to date on key current issues in Monaco, as well as the broad strategic direction in which the country is moving. They also offer a chance to engage in discussion with well-known figures and policymakers in an informal setting that facilitates dialogue and debate.
