Covid-19: 156 new positive cases and 120 cured on Thursday 27 January

One hundred and fifty-six new positive cases of Covid-19 were revealed on Thursday 27th January.

This brings the total number of people affected by the coronavirus in the Principality to 8,084 since the beginning of the health crisis.

This evening, 78 people are being treated at the CHPG: 76 people, including 56 residents, are hospitalised. Two other patients, non-residents, are being treated in intensive care.

There were 120 additional recoveries. The total number of healed people is 7490.

As of Thursday evening, 416 people are being monitored by the Home Monitoring Centre, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who are advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this matter, this daily report shows only resident persons affected by the coronavirus.
