Covid-19 - Weekly health report for the Principality

As of Sunday 1st January, since the beginning of the health crisis, the Principality's health balance sheet stood at 15,958 people affected by the coronavirus.

At the same time, 15,852 people have been declared cured.

Last week (from 26/12 to 01/01), 40 new Covid-19 positive cases were revealed.

As of Sunday 1 January, 11 people, including 7 residents, were hospitalised at the CHPG. No one was being treated in intensive care.

By Sunday evening, 28 people were being monitored by the Centre de Suivi à Domicile, which provides medical support to patients with few symptoms who have been advised to stay at home.

In order to comply with the practices adopted by the World Health Organisation and neighbouring countries in this matter, this health report only mentions resident persons affected by the coronavirus.

The Princely Government also communicates the figures relating to screening. These figures are as of Sunday 1 January.
- Number of tests carried out on resident and non-resident patients between 26/12 and 01/01 inclusive: 765 PCR and antigenic tests.
- Positivity rate of tests performed on residents and non-residents: 11.4%.
- Incidence rate, i.e. the number of positive persons based on 100,000 persons over the past 7 days: 102 (171 the previous week).
