COVID-19: four new positive cases and three recoveries on Wednesday 30 September

Four new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Wednesday.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases to 218.

This evening, seven patients are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. They are all on a standard ward, there are no longer any patients in intensive care. Of the seven patients in hospital, five are residents.

Three additional recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 181.

This Wednesday evening, 29 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, this daily update reports coronavirus cases among residents only.
