COVID-19: One New Positive Case and One Recovery on Sunday 20 September

From now on, in line with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this regard, the daily health assessment figures will report only on resident persons affected by the Coronavirus.

One new positive case of COVID-19 was identified on Sunday.

This therefore brings the overall health figures for the Principality to 193 people affected by the Coronavirus.

This evening, a total of nine patients are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital:  two non-resident patients are in intensive care, and seven patients are hospitalised.  Three of them are residents.

There is one recovery to be noted.  The total number of people who have now recovered therefore amounts to 153.

This Sunday evening, 31 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre, which provides medical support to people with mild symptoms, who are invited to self-isolate at home.
