Yesterday evening, at the invitation of the Monaco Foreign Residents’ Club (CREM), the Minister of State, Pierre Dartout, gave a speech to a large international audience. He discussed the attractiveness of the Principality, which is home to nearly 140 different nationalities.

Quality of life, security and opportunities for investment are among the advantages offered by Monaco that attract residents from all over the world. The Minister also addressed the challenges facing Monaco in the areas of housing, transport, the environment and managing the crisis resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, which has unfortunately proved long lasting.

The Minister of State then answered the many questions posed by CREM members. In one case, this gave the Minister a chance to respond in Russian, a language he speaks fluently.
