New allocation of Monaco Boost workspaces

©Direction de la Communication - Michael Alesi

Minister of Finance and Economy Jean CASTELLINI chaired another meeting to allocate offices and workspaces at the Monaco Boost business incubator this week. Representatives from the National Council also attended the meeting.

Of the applications reviewed, 50% related to businesses in the process of being created and 50% to young companies looking to expand. The applicants represented a very wide range of economic sectors.

The newly selected companies will receive a letter in the next few days and will be able to join the incubator from the end of December. The entrepreneurs will grow in a working environment which creates synergy and fosters the development of new opportunities, joining the 23 businesses already based at Monaco Boost.

The new occupants will also be able to take advantage of many themed workshops and meetings with professionals which are planned for 2022. The aim of these events is to support young businesses as they grow their operations.

It should be emphasised that since the first occupants arrived eight months ago, Monaco Boost has contributed to the Principality’s economic recovery by helping to create 19 new jobs.
