COVID-19: Three New Positive Cases and Five Recoveries on Tuesday 20 October

Three new positive cases of COVID-19 were identified this Tuesday.

This therefore brings the overall health figures for the Principality to 271 people affected by the Coronavirus.

This evening, ten patients are being cared for at the CHPG: five patients, one of whom are residents, are hospitalised.  In addition, five patients, three of whom are residents, are being treated in intensive care.

There are five recoveries to be noted.  The total number of people who have recovered amounts to 227.

This Tuesday evening, 38 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-up Centre, which provides medical support to people with mild symptoms, who are invited to self-isolate at home.

In line with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this regard, these daily health assessment figures report only on resident persons affected by the Coronavirus.
