COVID-19: 30 new positive cases and 22 recoveries on Monday 2 May

Thirty new positive cases of COVID-19 were recorded on Monday 2 May.

This brings the Principality’s total coronavirus cases since the beginning of the health crisis to 11,801.

This evening, 15 people, including 5 residents, are being treated at Princess Grace Hospital. There are no patients in intensive care.

Twenty-two further recoveries have been reported, bringing the total number of people who have so far recovered to 11,638.

This Monday evening, 93 people are being monitored by the Home Patient Follow-Up Centre, which offers medical support to those with minor symptoms who are asked to self-isolate at home.

In accordance with the practices adopted by the World Health Organization and neighbouring countries in this area, this daily update reports coronavirus cases among residents only.
