To mark the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Principality's educational community has been extensively involved in preparations for this Day, which will take place on Wednesday 20 November 2019.

A sale of badges stating "I am taking part in the International Children's Rights Day" ("Je participe à la Journée des Droits de l’Enfant") has just begun in the Principality's State schools and private educational establishments under contract.  All the money raised from these sales will be donated to humanitarian partner organisations of the Department of Education, Youth and Sport on the occasion of the International Children's Rights Day.

This initial activity will be followed by three main highlights:

  •  An information and awareness-raising campaign in association with the presidents of Monegasque humanitarian associations, from 1 to 8 November 2019.
  • A day of celebration on 20 November. On this Day, the forecourt of the Grimaldi Forum will be the focal point of the festivities, from 11.30 a.m. until 7.30 p.m.  A wide variety of activities, aimed particularly at children aged 3 to 13, will be available to the public (such as educational stands, awareness-raising workshops, festive activities on inflatables, etc.)
  • A charity concert by Mickaël Gregorio on 20 November at 7.30 p.m., in the Salle des Princes, Grimaldi Forum.

Ticket Office:  www.grimaldiforum.com – Prices:  39, 49 and 59 euros
