The Prince's Government believes that the Monegasque cyberspace, which is a vector of growth, must be a place that is a safe, reliable and viable over the long term.  Via the Ministry of Interior and the Monaco Cyber Security Agency (AMSN), it recently held an information meeting for Critical Infrastructure Operators (OIVs) from the Principality on cyber risks and the planned legislative measures.

This meeting, conducted by Admiral Dominique Riban, the Director of the AMSN, in the presence of Serge Telle, Minister of State and Patrice Cellario, Minister of Interior, was an opportunity to explain the legislation that has recently been put in place with the aim of identifying, analysing, standardising and protecting the Information Systems of Vital Importance (SIIV) of Critical Infrastructure Operators (OIVs).

Mr. Philippe Trouchaud (Pwc) and Mr. Jean-Christophe Mathieu (Siemens) then gave a presentation to the participants, with numerous examples, particularly in the industrial field, on the danger of cyber attacks, to which unprotected systems are exposed.

In conclusion, Patrice Cellario stated "The Government has launched an ambitious, long-term process to enhance the level of digital security in the Principality."
