Department of Employment introduces new form for renewing/amending work permits

From 10 April, the Department of Employment is introducing a new form for renewing/amending work permits aimed at employers in the Principality.

With a view to streamlining administrative procedures for employees, only the following changes will now need to be reported using the new form:

-              Change of qualification;

-              Change of contract type/duration;

-              Change of working hours;

-              Change to teleworking arrangements;

-              Change of civil status.

Once this form is registered, a new work permit can be issued.

If there are any changes to the employee’s family situation, these should be reported to the Monaco Social Security Funds.

Finally, Monegasque employers can make appointments online, using the following link: https://esii-orion.com/orion-reservation/purposes?account=ACVCWT&config=INTERNET&usemode=app , to register an application for authorisation to hire an employee or to renew/amend a work permit.
