Sports bill: consulting the sporting world

The Prince’s Government has commissioned a study of a bill which would create a framework for sport in the Principality, by seeking to define the role of the different actors involved and to regulate the various aspects, such as school sports, amateur and professional sports, high-level sports, training and careers in sport, fitness clubs, medical supervision of sportspeople, anti-doping efforts, aid provided by public authorities (making available premises and subsidies), etc.

In order to gain a full understanding of these various areas, it has become necessary to involve the sporting world itself, through a broad consultation designed to gather the opinions and comments of the sports movement.
