Renew and pay for your annual car sticker online!

Owners of vehicles registered in the Principality will shortly be receiving in the post notices to renew their annual car stickers for 2022.

To renew car stickers, the Prince’s Government recommends that users opt to pay online with a bank card via the dedicated website https://teleservice.gouv.mc/estampille/public/demarrer.jsp .

The procedure can be completed in just a few clicks. It’s a simple, quick and reliable payment method which cuts the time taken to renew your sticker.

Users who cannot make payment online can, however, still pay by cheque (clearable in Monaco or France).

Cheques should be made out to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office and be accompanied by the duly completed detachable slip.

Please send cheques in an envelope bearing the correct postage to:

Service des Titres de Circulation (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office)

Section Comptabilité-Estampille 2022 (Accounting Section–Car Sticker 2022)

BP 699 98014 MONACO CEDEX

You can also deposit cheques in the green post box provided for this purpose at the entry to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office corridor (1st floor, 23 Avenue Albert II).

•             Stickers are free for electric vehicles, however owners are asked to return the duly completed detachable slip to request an extension to their vehicle’s registration

•             Any change of address, civil status or renewal of identity card must be reported to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office (and, depending on circumstances, it may be necessary to update driving licences and registration certificates).

•             The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office is open between 9.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Appointments must be made in advance via the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office online service: http://documents.gouv.mc/stc-rdv/ .

Car stickers must be renewed before 31 December 2021

Additional fees, per vehicle, will be payable from 1 January 2022.

Vehicles for which payment has not been made will be deregistered from 4 February 2022, after formal notification has been sent.
